Really depressed

I’m feeling really depressed. Nothing in my life is going right. I can’t hold down a job, I don’t have any friends, and I frequently have angry outbursts. I can’t go on like this!

I'm in the same boat. They bully me at work and I can't hold down any job with abusers. I have no friends or family.
