I really can’t do this anymore. Always seems I’m fighting a loosing battle.

I struggle with hating myself also. Just this morning I listened to a meditation called, "What If You Loved Yourself Completely Right Now?" on Morning Meditations for Women ... this meditation is *not* just for women!

I've come to realize how counterproductive hating myself and being angry at myself is but how can we change that???

Then a lightbulb went off ... What if instead of saying to myself, "I hate you", I say, "I love you, but I do not like <blank>. I have to work really, really hard at turning the tables - if it was a friend who was struggling in this way, what would I say to them? And when I figure that out, then I say it to myself.

Maybe you feel you have to change before you can love yourself? You don't. You can actually start to love and appreciate yourself exactly as you are. Be kind to yourself. I bet underneath everything you are a kind, compassionate person. Love that inner you.

You can begin to turn things around in this way.

Try this , do the Wim Hof breathing exercises twice daily. Then do his cold shower therapy twice daily. You can also do it in a bathtub of. Cold water. The water needs to be 68 degrees or colder. 5-6 minutes each time. I have been doing this for 2 months and it helps a lot. You don’t have to buy a course it’s all free on you tube. 30-60 minutes of daily cardio exercise. Walking, jogging whatever you can do. There are tools out there we can use. Quitting is not an option.
