Anything that feels better is a good indication you are heading in the right direction.
That is do say. If something you are thinking about gives you a bad feeling that is something not to pay mind to.
So ponder, what might make you feel better.
What you could do to help improve things.
What thought makes you feel better.
What idea makes you feel good
Just take notice of what you are feeling.
If you are deciding what to do about something, perhaps create this internal dialogue
I wonder how I would feel if I did that...... (pay attention to how you feel)
then say to yourself
I wonder how I would feel if I didn't do that (again pay attention to how this makes you feel)
Go with the feeling the feels best, better, good, joyful etc.
If both don't feel good do neither.

I'm feeling the exact same way today. I don't know how to change it. Truely sorry you're feeling this way, it really sucks
Funny how someone ,(who knows how far away, )put my exact thoughts and feelings into words . Word for word. Not sure I could've done it myself.
