Hi guys i just started college and i been all over the place with work documnents and as well just bought a car and i been feeling very stressed out im not very well with managing my stress do you guys recommend anything or do something that helps out with stress ?

Meditation might help, personally i try to find cause of stress and distract myself from it. After refreshing my mood I come back to situation and try to solve that. You can watch something or go outside for a brisk walk.

Ahhh dvniiellaa, welcome to the real world :)Taking that first step out of your comfort zone is a big plus.

Yes stress will come along with it but it's a work in progress.

Life experiences are what make us grow stronger.

Changes and adjustments in life are definitely stressful.

What I have found that works (besides medication/therapy)

are Meditation/Breathing techniques.

Doing this 3 times a day will eventually lower your stress cycle

and allow you to handle day to day issues.

A short meditation upon awakening each morning can help start you

on the right foot for the day. Mid day as stress builds, stop for a few

moments and breathe. Inhale peace and calm and exhale stress. Bring

your shoulders down away from your ears, hydrate and breathe.

Before going to bed for the evening, one more meditation and breathing

to release the stress of the day and allow your subconscious mind to end the

day on a peaceful note. Wishing you the best life ever. :) xx

Thank you very much it is a big step being uncomfortable with your comfort zone It's weird because I adapt easily but it's like the thought of having to do so many things at once freaks me out especially with the fact that I was having panic attacks a few months ago and they just stopped so I'm scared to fall back into the same place that I was at but little by little I hope I can adapt to it.

Starting college, especially if you have to move away from home is stressful at any time, but finding work as well and also a car; No wonder you are all over the place.

Find something you really like to do in your spare time, maybe a craft or an Art project, and do it while listening to music which you find soothing.

Take a walk to a park if possible, and just people watch; it can be entertaining!

Get involved in some of the College clubs; there are usually lots of them. That should also help you make friends.

Take one thing at a time. It will make you feel good to accomplish one thing and that will take you to the next thing and before you know it you have conquered the seemingly insurmountable mountain of tasks. Remember that you ha r done this before and you can do it again. You just have to walk baby steps some times. That helps me!

You're taking a big step into life. You purchased a car, now you have sent plus working and going to classes. I know some of my friends/relatives have done the same. To watch them go thru what they've been thru really opened my eyes to how hard it was to them. I know some of them had roommates to help ease cost of renting. Hoping that things will get easier on you as you move forward.
