Stressing.

Hey I was curious if someone wouldn't mind sending me a message for a few minutes. I'm out of town for work. At a restaurant for dinner and my anxiety is on a steady increase. Keep looking around. Starting to shake a little bit. I think I just need a distraction.

I've never been a fan of eating alone but if I had to,

Whether they are aware of your anxiety or not, you can always

do breathing exercises that no one would even know you are doing.
