I'm having really nad anxiety at thr moment. I don't know how to calm my self, i feel so scared about something hapening. I'm supposed to travel in couple of hours but i can't seem to calm down,. I can't even catch a good breath. Any advice?

What works best for me is reminding myself to stay in the now, or present moment, because our anxiety takes us to past or future scenario.
Hi Ella. So sorry for your suffering. I understand it all too well. Been battling anxiety and depression for last year. What has helped me exercise, such as brisk walk and swimming, joining a support group, meditation. Sending hugs and wishing you serenity one moment at a time.

Here is something that helped me. Try to focus on other things. Look around at the things in the room you are in. Note the textures, colors and shapes of each objects. Refocusing on something that gets our mind off the anxiety can be beneficial, such as working on a puzzle or singing.
