I’m going on week 2 of forcing myself to eat anything. I spoke with the gastroenterologist and they aren’t able to get me in until next month 🙃. I eat bland and plain when I do eat. All I drink is water and herbal tea. An occasional Powerade when I’m feeling lightheaded. I wish the doctor could see me sooner :/

I’m so sorry about that 😞 that is a pain in the rear isn’t it . Where I live we have place called Medcheck I wish that everyplace had that . Medcheck is like going to the doctor without waiting a long time you can literally make an appointment on the day that your not feeling well . It has helped me a lot .

I could go to a regular doctor immediately but there’s only so much they could do. They’d probably just tell me to go to a gastroenterologist lol. Yeah I feel bad for the people who have like serious illness that have to wait. My stomach is just very uncomfortable and I’m not eating. Pretty sure that isn’t life threatening but you know anxiety makes me think it is sometimes lol
Yeah I already feel a bit better getting that off my chest. I swear this website is like my diary haha that’s why I’m writing like everyday.
Power Aid may contain sugar. Try to avoid sugar. Also, look at the IBS site. Good you at least have an appointment with the gastroenterologist.
I wish the doctor would see you sooner too that's b*******. That's what caused my first anxiety episode I think I told you a gallbladder that took forever to diagnose and huge weight loss. Hang in there and read your book three or four times if you have to. And I also recommend Ken Goodman's book break free from anxiety it has more CBT exercises to do in it.

I ate things like Jell-O yogurt apples bananas eggs and crackers.
Ive pretty much been eating chicken noodle soup, oatmeal, peanut butter crackers, eggs, and just other chicken based things for the past two weeks. I’m not in a whole lot of pain so that’s what makes me think it’s nothing crazy. It’s just super uncomfortable and is kinda messing with my bowel movements
Peanuts are hard to digest not sure about peanut butter contains a lot of fat. Jello good to eat because it puts a coating on the inside of your stomach.
Have you been to a regular doctor and had a full blood work done if not you should do that.
I did that last year when my anxiety first got really bad. Got cleared on everything
Well as we both know anxiety can really mess with your stomach and GI system.

Sorry to hear that your having stomach issues. My mother is going thru the same thing. She’s down to 89lbs. She gets cramping, heartburn, nausea, gerd. Can’t get into gastroenterologist for 5 wks.
What are your symptoms? How long have you been dealing with it?
Just a bunch of discomfort and bloating. Loose stool. Loss of appetite. Lots of burping. Random short pains in my lower abdomen
Maybe you could see another doctor.
