Just not doing well looking for a support group I have an HSA deductible makes 1:1 prohibitive How do I find a group?

Hi, sorry your not doing so well. I would suggest reaching out to your county Health Department and ask If they have Mental Health Resources. You may be able to find a Group through Mental Health Facilites which also may be more affordable. Hope things get better for you.

This group is great. Welcome glad you have joined us. Today looks slow but usely we r all here. In and out through out the the day and night. This is anxiety and depression. I love this group the most. Hang in, be praying.
