Welcome! Health anxiety is the worst! I have it on and off and I’ve read many posts on here from others who also struggle with it. You aren’t alone. I’ve found that just reading about other’s struggles and requests for help has helped me realize a little more that I’m most likely not in the danger I think I am. I hope it helps you too!
