My name is April and I’m 28 and live in Chicago,IL. I have been dealing with anxiety and depression for over 10 years. It has been this up and down draining rollercoaster for me for as long as I can remember. I’m looking for ways to deal with my anxiety in a healthy way.

Howdy April! Welcome to the forums and I hope you are enjoying your weekend Obviously there are several ways to deal with depression and anxiety. For me, distraction works well for depression. Suffering from ADHD as I do, I usually zoom from one interest to another, which does help keep the depression at bay sometimes. For anxiety, meditation has done wonders for me. For me, it always helps to do some meditation at the end of the day to give myself a chance to decompress and let the stress of the day go. These are just a couple of things I try.
