Which do you prefer?

I hit a great sale & bought my granddaughter a fabulous opal heart necklace. Her birthday is in February. She will be 15. Now do I give it to her for Christmas or her birthday? I want the gift to be extra special. Maybe I should just wrap it up & give it to her now with no fanfare.

Which would you prefer?

What about for moving to the next grade like a graduation present. Then it has a meaning and you don't have to hold the secret too long. I know I get excited and tell on myself a lot!!😜😂

Why not surprise her with it now and tell her it's a present just because you love your beautiful granddaughter?

Love opals. I’d give the necklace to her for her birthday. Her birth is a much more memorable occasion than Christmas for some people. ❤️🏄‍♀️

Changed my mind on that. I just realized how long you’ll have to wait til her birthday. Give it to her now and make up a good reason. I’ve got a mind of a 14 year old. 😁
