On most days I honestly fear way more than hope for something since good seems out of reach...
But sometimes i am surprised as I become excited about upcoming events like Spring and my son’s birthday party. These small moments give me hope that they can become larger, more frequent ones, and I may find that I’m living life again.

loving the small bits of hope in there because after all a mustard seed grows a whole tree…loving that for you and hoping for many more small pockets of hope...the people i hold dear and the kindness in peoples hearts (including yours of course) helps to propel forward and diminish the slimy ugly parts of the world and gives such a lust for life 💖

i am doing up down and around...mostly on the up..thinking and scared that the man i love loves me back and somewhat admitted it..thinking of all the places and things i’d like to do for the future and i never think of it..scared to trust it but happy...how are you?

Honestly, my belief in God and the small things give me hope. Sometimes I get excited thinking about the iced coffee I’m going to drink the next morning at a cafe or when my husband returns from his work trips. It took a long time for me to want to get out of bed but when I do, I reward myself. ☺️❤️ I love this post!
Hi Caralovesvoffee!!! That’s great that you can have those moments to look forward to. I want to strengthen my faith in a God, trust, not fear. Right now I can’t wait for my kids to get home from school. Having them around is my biggest love and contentment. When they are safe and happy I can sometimes feel that too.
I have a picture on my dresser that is of me and my son a few years back. This was during my first depression episode. The picture gives me hope because I got well after that for a few years. It’s giving me hope now as I’m experience another depression relapse. Thank you for posting this, I am enjoying all the Hopes others have shared.
