So I might have found the reason why I was feeling so down the other day

I had made a post the other day that I was feeling negative, I believe the reason was because one of my cousins had told me about a guy he knew in high school that had committed suicide down in Mexico he lived there his whole life . The kid was in his 20’s I believe. This happened years ago. He assumes that he did it because his mom was in prison and might have gotten very depressed. There was a also a similar story in the news a while back of a 14 yr old. When her parents were arrested while crossing the border into the USA.
I can’t stress enough how fucked up it is that people separate families and the children have to suffer for it. I get it they need to be put in prison but there has to be a way where the kids can still be in contact with the parents to avoid them getting depressed.
I really don’t know the statistics of the age group but I feel as if young people in the teens and twenties commit suicide more than an older person would.
There is just not enough awareness and attention for those kids.
Well as I stated that might be the reason why I was feeling so down that day.
If you’re in that situation please know that there is a lot of people including me that care about you.
