Hi ive been feeling very anxious lately. I get pins and needles and feel shakey inside . My pins and needles and tingling in the body are worse at night. Can't seem to shift it. Has anybody else experienced this? Thanks for reading. Hope all of you are doing as well as possible. We keep pushing best we can.

From the perspective of someone who is not a physician able to see you in person, I'm afraid that sounds atypical of anxiety. At times when I have had a panic attack or felt particularly on edge, I'll often feel a bit shakey. I haven't experienced any consistent pins and needles feeling, though everyone is different.

For your own sake, I would get a check-up with someone in family medicine, if only to help put your mind at rest, if you haven't already done so.

When my anxiety issues started I had some really awful panic attacks or periods of high anxiety, I know I'd have felt a lot better if I'd simply known what the heck was going on or that I was physically healthy.

Thanks End-user. I've had these symptoms quite a while now. And just put up with them. I don't know what would ease them. I'll Have to check it out. I was wondering if this is a common symptom. Hope you feel better soon. I know how hard it is. I've had panic attacks myself x
