My aniexty makes me feel so so high, I was at work typing on the computer and just felt like I had been seriously drugged!!!!! I couldn’t concentrate, in a total fog !!! I wanted to run home

That happens to me all the time, so if you're crazy, so am I. When I start feeling like that, I started panicking about it and it makes my anxiety much worse. Try not to panic, and I hope you feel better soon!
