YES. Everything hurts. I feel tired. So, so, so, so tired, like it takes an insurmountable effort to move anything. Even my brain hurts. It won't make decisions, but it won't rest, either...

I just started talking Zoloft a month ago and I’m finally getting out of bed. I’m also on lithium. Have you been on your meds for awhile? I know these feelings are terrible. Anxiety can really be debilitating.

Ugh I’m so sorry! It’s tough because I question if it’s “all in my head” but I know the feelings are real. The worst part is the unpredictability of not knowing what your body will feel. Is there anything you do that provides relief?

I found this article that was spot on as far as the physical symptoms

All the time. My anxiety makes me feel like crap physically, physical discomfort is triggering anxiety attacks. It's a vicious cycle of feeding off each other. Exercise would probably help a ton, but my anxiety is so bad these days just getting my heart racing can trigger a panic attack. It sucks so bad.

I finally decided i'll try to go back on a daily SSRI, but i'm so anxious about the side affects from them that i'm afraid to start the meds. I'm hoping more mindful meditation and coping skills learned from my therapist will start paying off soon.
