Need advice/reassurance

I'm new here. I had a panic attack Sunday night. Worst I've ever had. I was with my boyfriend at his house. The last few days have been hard and I wonder when the effects of it will go away. I have been going back to his house, where it happened, but I feel anxious and on edge being there and around him (he has never hurt me physically, emotionally, etc). I don't know what to do. It's upsetting because that was my comfort space before. I saw a dr yesterday and got medication which I am happy about but I just want to feel normal again. Any suggestions?

anxiety decide where you can go. Once we put that thought of a place being

a trigger, your world gets smaller and smaller. You are in a safe place here to

express your feelings with others who have been through the same situation. xx

Hey, I am having a very similar thing happening to me. I had a panic attack that started a depressive episode and a lot of intrusive thoughts. im meeting with a psychiatrist tomorrow! hopefully we can get through this together
