I just developed a new fear where im thinking my throats just gonna close up out of nowhere but i dont have lump in throat feeling this is not fair new fears come as soon as i master one omg , and i cant call the ambulance anymore or im going to jail

This has been an ongoing problem for you. Are you seeing a therapist or a Psychiatrist for medication? Is there anything you are doing CBT or reading material on health anxiety? You really need some coping skills and someone to keep you accountable for sticking with the coping skills. Hope you can find something that works for you. Gentle hugs 🤗🤗

HiI have a brother who, like me, suffers from anxiety. He had this Exact same fear. He found that always keeping a bottle of water with him helped...even if he wasn't drinking from it it was reassuring to have. Eventually he finally saw a doctor who prescribed an antianxiety (I forget which one) and he doesn't have this fear anymore. I hope this helps. Best of luck to you!

You don't have any physical illnesses. What you have is health anxiety. Ambulances and ER/A&E can't help you with anxiety disorders, but your doctor can direct you towards therapy or effective medication. Accept the symptoms of these 'anxiety' illnesses and stop fighting them which only makes things worse.

You can't cure yourself of illnesses you don't have no matter how hard you try. So stay focussed on dealing with the illness you do have: health anxiety due to anxiety disorder.
