Honestly I don’t know, but they are both pretty powerful little pills, so I would proceed with caution and most likely should contact your physician to see

Agree...very powerful and addictive. Be careful. I realize they do the job but they are scary drugs.
Everyone is different...I took xanax for years and had no problem...didn't abuse them , when I went off them had no with drawls from them either... they sure did help calm me down .... I wish you all the best...
Dump trucks of love, peace, light, joy and hugs for you!!!
I don't tend to abuse them either just when I need some find of relief I'm kind of scared to take the xanax but I'm wondering if there is another kind of pill except valium or xana?
Would you take them as needed or a everyday thing ?
Ya know like I said everyone is different...I took them everyday for years....needed them desperately...got me through some very challenging times... I don't know about any other kind of calm me down pill...maybe someone else on here does...I wish you the best...
Dump trucks filled with love, peace, light, joy and cozy hugs!!!
A friend of mine had Valium for severe panic attacks, that’s all she used it for. She had another medication for a daily dosage for her anxiety. Not sure if your situation is the same, but if you’re uneasy from the Xanax I’d ask your doctor for advice on this matter
well don't be discouraged, from what ive read on here its an ever changing battle.. and for me i felt that the side effects were overwhelming at a point and tried stopping meds altogether.. its a very personal choice to do so and i cannot say i recommend. and now my symptoms of depression and anxiety are starting to come back around pretty heavily.. i did pretty good for about a year though, just now i wish i would of taken that time to find out what worked best for me
