I haven't tried any online. I had an online group that was hard to do. I do phone therapy. It's not as good as in person but at least it's someone to talk to. I go through a local social services organization near me that my insurance covers. Not as good as help I've had in the past but it's covered 100%. Good luck in your search.

Do you have insurance? Mine covers therapy and because of Covid the appointments are video calls. I've never met this therapist in person.

Also, because of the pandemic - many people are struggling with mental health issues. There may be resources created in your community to deal with this for free or at a low cost which you could opt into.

I hope you find something. Even the search is stressful and ramps up anxiety. I get that.
