Feeling bad

Hi. I just feel so alone. I have terrible panic attacks. I'm on meds but that doesn't seem to help all of the time. I have missed work due to these. I am also a full time graduate student. I'm in the medical field so this past year has been really hard on me. My live in boyfriend also broke up with me recently because he got sick of dealing with me being a mess half the time. I dont blame him. I dont like myself much these days. I needed to get this off my chest. Any advice would be nice.

Dreading the worse gives you relief at end of day. Chin up and smile. More you smile the more smiles you’ll receive. Smiles brighten my day

Mooshie. Please know you are among friends here. I am sorry that you have not been feeling great of late. In my opinion that old boyfriend of yours wasn`t worth having if he couldn`t be there for you on your low days. True love is about caring for another no matter what. See it as his loss. You can do better. The right one will come along when it is the right time. No need to rush. The thing is to put yourself first now. Be your own best friend. Studying can bring with it a few anxieties because you may feel under pressure to do well. Could be that you have always felt quite sensitive natured so you may feel some things more than others. You have to tell yourself what will be will be. This is the way things are in life. Be less harsh on yourself when you experience low moments. You are perfect as you are. Panic attacks are a body`s way of trying to keep it safe. Of feeling there is danger. Sometimes there just isn`t any real danger there. Look at the things in your life. Do you have some worries about maybe present future even past? Could you alleviate any of these in some way? Is it a matter of coming to terms with some things? Accepting? Forgiving self/others? Moving on. Our brains are often trying to sort out our daily dramas. Be gentle on yourself. You are enough and you are doing your best. Do reach out for help from doctors/therapists where you may need it. You are never alone. Support is always out there and here too. God bless. x Love and peace being sent your way.
