Does anyone have tricks of memory?

I have notes everywhere. I use the notepad in my phone. I have lists for the store. I even have alarms to remind me to take my meds. But then maybe an hour later I forget if I've taken them. Anyone experience this and do you have any tricks?

Right there with you. Have problem with taking meds, too. First thing every morning, I take out meds, lay them out somewhere on counter. When I check them and some are missing, I know I’ve taken them. Just have to remember to lay them out in a.m. I also use a pill holder for some since my vitamins are too big for the holder. It works real well for me. Hope this helps.❤️🏄‍♀️

Isinatra had a good suggestion. Another option is to get a 7 day pill holder.
