Brain talk, I use this if I cant sleep and have only a few hours before a busy day or when I had to go to work the next morning. But you can adapt it to any situation in your live. ie.

Brain relax repeat several times.

Brain it is ok to go to sleep now.

Brain we can cope tomorrow

Brain relax everything is fine repeat several times.

Brain relax all my body

Brain produce all the chemicals for peacefull restfull sleep.

Brain thank you goodnight.

This worked for my every time, you can adapt it for any situation in your life.

Make friends with your brain, when Brain and mind team up you will be in control.

Just one thing you have to put the effort in, and do it.

Brain talk can be used for any situation, tell your brain the outcome you want. With regular use it will become successful for you

You can use it for anything you want, dont chase after material things concentrate on the feeling you want, I do love, peace, and harmony and get the sense of this during the meditation. That covers most things. use only for the good of you or others or it wont work.
