I pray all are doing well and if you're having a rough day just breath and meditate with some help from YouTube. Well I myself am doing alright yet I have been given medication to somewhat treat my depression and anxiety. Naltraxion and Sertraline. These medications have given me the worst feeling ever. From nausea, headache, the shakes, and complete tiredness. I also just was angry and irritated. I stopped 2 days ago and I feel so much better without them. But it seems as though I'm being forced to take them even though I decline. Can someone give me some pointers?
Thank You - Have a wonderful day!

Hi there sorry to hear you had problems with your meds have you asked if there's anything else you can use two come to mind venlafaxine or citalopram your doctor will give you what's best for you! I take venlafaxine and find few problems with it! Go back to your doctor and I hope he can help you take care david
You said you feel forced to take your meds. Do you mean by your doctor? If so, would it be possible for you to switch doctors, or go to a nurse practitioner? If not, try and be assertive. It often takes many tries to find meds that work properly.Best of luck!
At first your body has to adjust to the medication so it can make you feel worse at first. I'm on sertraline and levothyroxine and they help a lot with my anxiety. You may have to sweat it out for a few weeks until you get that therapeutic effect. I'm also in to meditation and relaxation so if you need someone to talk to about that I'd be be glad. I also know some meditators around here who can talk to you too. Take care🙏🙂
