i’m sad & idk why. i also feel alone. i’m think to leave social media again. it’s hard to stop feeling sad. i feel helpless and hopeless. why can’t i just feel normal again? i know deep down there’s something wrong. in the meantime i just need to get out of insta.

Yes, it is healthy to take time off of social media. It can really skew your perception of life.

Go to potentials unlimited online get the relaxation download, then start listening to Dr Wayne Dyers programs every day ! Hay house online for his programs, youtube have some video,s also.

i just relax or do a spa day thing to myself at home but since i have school, it’s hard to make time.

Self care can be little tiny things ALL DAY and night for you it sounds.Cozy PJs/Nice blanket/Tea

i used to when i was home alone but now i’m rarely home alone so i don’t work out that much anymore

Social media can be a drain on us, especially emotionally. These times are difficult and have been since the pandemic began. Taking a break from social media could help you reset. If you're still struggling, it might help to consider counseling. Talking with a professional therapist can help get to the root of what's bothering you, process it and learn healthy coping mechanisms. Take care of yourself. Prayers for peace, calm, and rest.
