Yes, it is healthy to take time off of social media. It can really skew your perception of life.
All is thought ! learn to control your thinking, you are dwelling on everything that you feel is wrong in your life, you have to train your mind to look for all that is good ! until you change your thinking nothing will change, as you think so are you, Ray
I have been focusing here (maybe the connections are nice for you too) instead of facebook. Taking a breather also. What do you do for self care?
i just relax or do a spa day thing to myself at home but since i have school, it’s hard to make time.

MEDIA IS CRAP until you use on your personal account benefit. Try to feel inner light of yourself, no words, peace & tranquility. From Russia.
Social media can be a drain on us, especially emotionally. These times are difficult and have been since the pandemic began. Taking a break from social media could help you reset. If you're still struggling, it might help to consider counseling. Talking with a professional therapist can help get to the root of what's bothering you, process it and learn healthy coping mechanisms. Take care of yourself. Prayers for peace, calm, and rest.
thank you so much. not sure how to contact a counselor though
