Hi everyone. recently i posted about not sleeping for like 2 weeks straight, well happy to say I finally got some sleep. However now I cant stop sleeping , I am self employed so I mainly work at night, however usually I go to bed around 1 am i sleep until 6 am I get up get ready for the day figure out my schedule for the day, then 9:30 am hits and I exhausted (I'm used to an early morning schedule usually) so then I sit down I always tell myself "you were up early and you work late maybe take a tiny nap" but when my alarm goes of I turn it off without even realizing it. Then I sleep until 8 or 9 pm get up frustrated with myself that I wasted the day I go work from 9:30pm to usually 12:30am and then go home and sleep. I don't know what to do I've tried staying up and I always end up falling asleep.
I have family coming in a week for a very late Christmas and I cant have this weird sleeping schedule when they are here, plus this sleeping all day isn't healthy. What do i do? 🥱😴😕😟😭
