My main issue is dealing with panic attack. I overthink and worry a lot about everything. I have employed different techniques and I am a working progress. I dont ever want to leave this forum bcz I have found that dealing wt people who have experienced my things are better to help me rather than dealing with people who don't know what I am talking about. I appreciate this forum a lot.

I recently had a panic attack taking a shower. It was so strange. I'm going for a long walk because I feel like I'm losing movement.
Hi Anony-123, I think that’s great that you’re trying different techniques to help yourself. One thing that’s helped me “come back to my senses” is to notice 5 things I see, 4 sounds I hear, 3 things I touch, 2 things I smell, & 1 thing I taste. I practice even when I feel okay, just to get in the habit of using my senses & interrupt my negative thoughts. Keep up the good work!
