Yes, I have had many types of headaches over the years. They come and go.

Pay attention to where the pain is focused and to the intensity. Track this on a calendar. I bet you’ll begin to see correlations to time of day/month, foods you’ve eaten, emotional triggers, activities/ events, etc. you’ll also learn when you need to take OTC meds, and when you can get through the headache without pain reliever. This takes time and patience, but it did help me.

In addition, I take magnesium and vitamin b-12 every day. These are known to help with headaches. I’ve been on Zoloft for depression and anxiety for over 14 years.

Hi Tonyhope, headaches happen when people are under stress. It could be work related,

family related or plain ole anxiety. (fear of everything) I don't remember you talking about

headaches before. Is this something new? If it is, then what is new in your life, of course besides Covid? Something that is bothering you will keep you in that "fight or flight" mode

causing poor posture, not eating properly, not hydrating and not sleeping properly.

Finding the root of the issue can help you. :) xx

Hello agora, I really don't no what's going on inside my body. I just feel weird all the time. I try to think positive but it doesn't work for me at all. I tried everything from meditation, medication, mindfulness etc. Im just tried of living like this every single day. When is it gonna end. It seems like when one symptom end two more takes its place. Excuse my language but what the f...! It seems like nothing is helping

Hi Tonyhope, we all eventually find ourselves stuck in a corner not knowing which way

to go. Anxiety keeps switching symptoms on us so fast that it's enough to literally make your head spin. This past year has been so difficult with all of us being stuck inside, not socializing (even for those with social anxiety) it's not normal for us and we start to feel this weird sensation. Who are we anymore. We may feel like animals in a cage. Is this living? And as long as those negative thoughts swirl around your head, you will feel ill.

Ill in the sense of not physically sick but feeling "weird". Am I right? Meditation will work as well as other tools. But you have to find what works the best for you. It take

time and practice each and every day. It takes accepting that there is nothing we can

do about the situation right now and so we practice safety and wait patiently for it to pass.

Worrying about getting sick is out of our control other than that. We cannot fear what we have no control over. Once we accept it is what it is right now, you will be letting go

of this weight on your shoulders and the symptoms can start lessening. Breathe Tony, Breathe and most of all continue living and not just existing. :) xx

Hi Tony, when you can relate the way you are feeling to what happened

5 years ago when it started, then you can start working on the issue and

going forward. Stay Safe :) xx

Yes, I feel like there is this band tightened around my head all the time. Pain reliever helps a bit, but the tightening is always there and doctors can't find anything wrong.
