Arm sensation : Ok have a question... - Anxiety and Depre...
Arm sensation
Think, have you done anything differently? Eaten something out of the ordinary, you could hava diaphragm spasm. It’s not serious, just really annoying and can be scary.
I drank a coffee something I haven't drank in months. I'm thinking it's that. I've been burping alot. It is scary.
Esophagus spasm ,maybe, coffee causes it if you have reflux problems, mid chest pain
It could be indigestion. And I honestly think it was the coffee. I haven't had it in a month or 2. God but why would my arm feel weird?
Pain can go into your shoulder and neck and down your arm I can’t drink coffee anymore for the same reason ,best wishes
Wow are u serious now thats something new for me. I believe it was the coffee wow
Have you had the camera to look what’s happening
No I haven't. They had told me I'm healthy. I see my neurologist, cardiologist, and pcp. They say I dont have a need for the camera because all my test have came awesome.
It was a gastroenterologist told me coffee causes the stomach to go into spasm.and you get referred pain.it must stimulate the nerves or something ,I used to love a coffee but can’t have it now,
Thank you for your insight on my dilemma. So no more coffee for me
Your welcome, maybe completely wrong but I remember you saying about coffee giving you problems before,it’s no good for you if your already anxious and stressed just speeds everything up and makes problems 10 x worse but you know that take care try green tea and honey 😊 not quite the coffee vibe but keeps you sane best of luck .
Yes I think I did mention about the coffee. Sometimes I just crave it and want it and i drunk a little of it just to satisfy the crave. But this time i drank half and even i knew i wasn't suppose to. But God this feeling feels so ugly. Like my anxiety was calm and now it wants to act up again.
The brain enjoys stimulation and things that give you a high unfortunately and I think sometimes we thrive on stress as the adrenaline helps us cope but we need to stay calm🧘🏻♂️✌🏼And let the nervous system repair and rest avoid artificial stimulation and be kind to yourself .
So how long does this spasms last? I still feel anxious and I dislike it big time. I just want to feel calm that's it
The Xanax should calm things down maybe need to see your gp about reflux as you may need a daily acid suppressant like omeperazole to stop acid burning your stomach and causing spasms, drink some water will help but if things get bad see a doctor .
I know you not a doctor lol. But you have insight on this. When you say get bad. Bad as in how? I know it's not my heart but I think this is the longest I've felt the arm discomfort and of course in my chest too.
I’m diagnosed with chronic costochondrtits which affects all the ribs and torso and the doctor links it all together acid reflux, anxiety, and stess I have the pain most days but it gets intense if I try and drink coffee then the spasms last about 8 hours mimics heart attack symptoms very painful sometimes.
Yes I get the arm sensation to it always comes out of nowhere!!!
Omg yes I hate it. It makes me think the worst. What do you do for it to calm down
🧘♀️🎶🎼🎸🎹 🎻🎷stay calm the pain will ease off.
You feeling better today
Wow ok i know im late but. thats just anxiety, acid reflux for the chest pain because of an unsettled stomach (due to anxiety) nothing at all to worry about as in you need medical attention. the sensation in your arm is anxiety i cant say why but believe me when i say i know so many people including myself who have experienced the same thing, all . the. time. Its just pressure buiding up in places i think due to stress, increased blood flow yano it happens with stress, inevitable. the only thing you can do is try and relax yourself with things that relaxing. (less drugs the better but hey we all need em sometimes lol, fuck it) either way it will pass in time.
