Feeling of a bad day!

Well once again I’ve been u since 4am but I’m use to that now as that’s been going on years.But it’s the feeling of sickness and knotted feeling inside I can’t stand.I feel so alone as I have no friends to turn to.Also no family,I do talk to one person on here and that does help a little.God I don’t want to feel this way anymore! I just keep crying 😢

I have some really good days.But they are followed by really bad dark days.where I think there is no point anymore.I question why I was put on earth? I feel so ill and alone my stomach is killing me with so much anxiety.Im trying to think something positive.Thank you so much for your reply xxx
