I just ended my therapy session and I feel relieved but I also learned that I have a lot of feelings built up inside me that when I was asked to speak I just wanted to cry. I have only been in therapy for 4 weeks, but I feel like this is a great way to really learn how to reframe my mindset.

Congrats on the therapy! Hang on, it can be a rollercoaster ride. Scary yet thrilling at the same time. You're about at the point in therapy where this is normal. Work through the feelings one or two at a time. The therapist should be able to guide you through safely. If you feel overwhelmed with emotion, journaling can sometimes help to "get it out". Then you can share that with the therapist. Prayers for peace and strength on your journey.
