Just checking in to see how you are feeling

It's been a few days so I just wanted to check in with all my pals on here to see how we are all feeling.

I have been feeling down for the past few weeks but I am finding myself feeling better right now. Which is all that is important- living in the present.

Aside from feeling better, I am struggling with my body going into an achy feeling when I am feeling anxious or depressed. It's a bit debilitating, but I'm working through it.

How are you doing? :)

Xoxo,

Jenn

I’m having trouble with clinical depression. I will conquer though. I hope today is going well for you.

I understand how you feel. I struggle with the same. This time of year can make it seem a little harder, but we got this. xoxo

Hi and thanks, glad you're feeling better. So true about healing. It can feel like we're in a permanent state of healing, always recovering from something. Maybe that's closer to the truth. It keeps you humble, that's for sure.

I'll turn 60 soon and with general anxiety and lots of exercise, an achy body is a fact of life. More days than not, something is hurting. But I've been learning to worry about it less. Worry can cause inflammation -- I've seen it. If you can take a "so what?" attitude, lots of things get better quickly.

Be well Jenn.

Hi I’m new to this and right now I’m ok but all day I felt like there was a huge cloud in my head every time I got off the couch it was a challenge.

I'm sorry you're feeling this way :/ I hope things start to get better. Try to do some things that you enjoy. :)

And remember- you still got off the couch so those are little victories. :) Gotta give ourselves credit because sometimes getting out of bed can feel like the hardest thing to do when you're feeling like this.

Wishing you well <3
