Ive always had alot of anxiety in my relationship my biggest trigger is when my partner tells me what I want to hear and says he coming to stay with me then never shows up no calls np texts just goes home...ive explain a million times to him how it makes me feel and he still does it. Tonight is no different seem like the same thing is happening tonight. Im tired of this on going battle. I wish i Could fix it. Help.

Hey, I’m sorry this is happening! I don’t think it’s something you can or have to fix. I think your partner should be the one communicating more with you and being more respectful towards you...If he can’t do that he doesn’t deserve you.
