I need help. Support. I've had a long haul of experiences with mental illnesses and treatment. I don't have a support system anymore. I feel so alone. I'm so anxious tonight. I feel like im crawling out of my skin. I have no motivation to do anything. I haven't worked on my coursework all week, I have to go back to work tomorrow and I honestly don't want to do anything. It's really great that you reached out to this wonderful support group. Thanks for sharing all that you did. I know how hard it can be and how badly you want it to change. Just know that change is possible, it just may take a little more time. Try and be patient and most of all, patient with yourself. We are all here for you! Do you have a current therapist and are you taking medicine as well?
Yes Ive been on medication for a long time. Trial and error, figuring out what is going to work for me. I have not been to a therapist, ironically, my anxiety has prevented me from taking that step. But I know I need to. I'm going to try to call some offices tomorrow that are in my area. Hopefully I can find someone that can help me..
I am so sorry that you are feeling this way. You are welcome to share your feeling here with us. We support you here and we will try to make you feel better. I think that you just need to take some time off to relax before going back there. Life can get crazy and a lot of us run out of breath. It's important that you treat yourself well :).
