Hi😊 It’s hard when we put so much of our value on the love we receive from others and then that love brings you pain. What I’m trying to do is focus more on loving myself (even though its easier said then done) because as long as you have that foundation of love from within, the pain from others lessens because you have more worth and love that comes from yourself and doesn’t only come from other people. I’m still working on this but it helps a lot. Try starting with self affirmations in the morning😊 I don’t always do them but doing it sometimes is better than never
