For those who are also going through anxiety/depression, I find it helpful in opening up and talking to someone you are comfortable with. I've always been a shy person and always keep my thoughts to myself. After talking about my issues with close family members, I've begun to feel a sense of relief from my anxiety. Don't double think about talking about your problems, you are never alone!
Hope that helps

I never really had that issue, but I searched for some healthy ways to manage your anger. First, try to be calm and have clear thought before expressing your frustration. Second, practice your relaxation skills, when your temper flares put relaxation skills to work. Third, take a timeout for yourself. Give yourself short breaks during times of the day that tend to be stressful. Try to surround yourself with a positive atmosphere, try to keep away from anything negative that seems to trigger your anger.
