Hi I have taken xanax for a few months at 3 times a day. .25 mg each time. It will definitely calm down your inner nerves and relax you. I do not have side effects from that amount.

You have to be careful , you can get addicted to it . Its better to take it periodically for stronger anxiety or panic attacks.

I also have been prescribed Xanax; however I try to never take it as it makes me feel numb. It does calm me down, but I do not like the after affects, so I try to save it for extreme moments of panic.

Hi Ali, thought I'd share something I heard last night regarding Xanax.

"I am my own Human Xanax" I was able to relate to that statement in that

ever since I got off Xanax, my peace and calm come from me through Meditation

and Breathing. No worries about getting addicted and it works just as well if not better xx

That’s great if it works for you! I was prescribed the same dose as you but my tolerance went up way too quickly and I was having withdrawals daily.

Now I take it as needed instead of daily (some days I take none, others I take up to four) and it’s helped a lottttt
