Xanax regular uses
Hi Chicago22, when I was on Xanax I was taking 0.25mg once a day, unfortunately it was everyday for 30 years and yes I did get dependent on it. I wouldn't think you'd have any
trouble considering how infrequently you take it.
Also wanted to ask you about your mammogram a couple months ago.
Just wondering how they are handling the close proximity of the technician with this
covid. I'm more than due for mine. Thanks xx
I just not sure of the long time use of it but.. both my mom and dad died 7 months of each other. I need it I feel bad taking it but I had to give in.
Thank you it went good I had to have an ultrasound too which scared me more. I wore a mask and a shield. They work just a mask.
You won’t have any problems with a low dose taken a few times a month. The risk of addiction goes up with daily use and at higher amounts.
That is a very low dosage and should not really have a long lasting addictive problems.
As you know doctors are very tight about giving out prescriptions for xanax now and they closely will monitor our usage over time (well atleast the good ones will :)). They are only allowed to prescribe a 30 day rx before seeing the patient again. I get (1) 30 day supply and it lasts over 4 months. Dont worry to much about addiction and work on the relaxation and other distraction methods to help you better manage your symptoms.
