Feeling so down today

How’s everyone doing today???feeling so down today like always wish I could just be in bed all day don’t feel motivated for nothing I hate feeling this way

Sometimes we feel like being left alone with no worries or we can be so down we dot want to face the world- best to plan or make small steps like cooking, cleaning or bath

I have been doing okay today! I understand the feeling as sometimes it is hard for me to get out of bed in the mornings and get ready. My advise would be to push yourself to do it anyways. That’s what I do. Just push myself and sometimes it can be as simple as brushing my teeth that seems SO Hard and I’m like it shouldn’t feel this way, but I continue to push myself everyday and it can be so so hard. Hang in there and know you are stronger than what you know! 💜

I know how you feel. I have to force myself to get out of bed too. I have zero motivation.

Take it from one who knows -- this is the moment when you MOST need to get up and go and do. You need to be around other people and things that will pull you out of yourself. Staying in bed all day will just allow the crummy thoughts and feelings to fester and they WILL get worse, I guarantee it.

Hi well I feel a little bit better today but still no motivation for nothing and have to go to work in some hours

I wonder if yoga or meditation would help you. I meditated twice today and although I still want to do nothing, it helped me get from a place of fear to a place of well being.
