Thank God, I am feeling better today. I am using Lexapro & Xanax. So today less stressed.After work I am watching my favorite videos.

I gave up anti depression meds6 months ago . Decided going to face head on issues, hard hard hard. Used Xanax prn to get by, it very hard. But...8 months later I ok. Itv takes strength, fortitude and whatever faith to get by. I still use Xanax on occasion.

Ok. I am using Xanax on occasion. But when my anxiety is high then I use for few weeks or a month. I never increase dose. Only 0.25mg before sleep. It's helpful for me.
