Everyday is a struggle

Here in bed don’t feel like getting up at all for what if every day is the same thing all these negative thoughts all these symptoms me feeling down all the time having dp/dr all the time and getting so anxious because of it I hate this I wonder if it will ever go away it’s been so many years like this 😞

Things are always changing. I think it can get better. Can you treat yourself to something you would enjoy today? I was feeling off again this morning I've decided I'm going to go walk out at the park and buy me my favorite food and listen to music today.

Yes I like going for walks too but sometimes I feel what’s the point if it’s only for a bit then I feel the same Iam tired of having to fight everyday with how I feel Iam tired of doing that but thanks

Has your Doctor arranged a treatment plan for you, are you on medications

Yes Iam on medication but I think it’s not working since a long time ago I’ve been on it for 11 years and I think it’s not working at all anymore and scared of drinking something else I hate I have to depend on medicine to feel better

If your medication is not working and you have been on them for such a long time it will be up to your Doctor to consider what substitute would be the best for you. You really need to talk to your Doctor, it may be a telephone consultation in the first instance although yes He will help you and address your worries. My medications are checked every year and replaced reduced or increased as the needs arise.

Bob is right. There might be a need to tweak your meds. It’s not healthy for U to be in this situation. U can reach out to NAMI a mental health hotline. or contact SAMSA a mental health resource. Try to turn on something funky I will survive by
