I'm new here, looking for community and connection

Hello. New member here. Looking to connect with others who are learning to release old traumas, unwind their anxious patterns, develop greater serenity, improve communication with self and others, and learn to love self and others bravely and wisely. I am grateful for my lifelong journey of recovery, discovery and learning - and I realize now there is not a "destination" and that walking this journey IS my destination. It's easier walking with others and I believe that together we can do what we could never do alone. Grateful member of, and sponsor in, several 12-step programs.
