Lowering my Effexor and geodon

This is day 2 of lowering my doses. Yesterday I felt so much better. The side effects of my meds make me feel pretty bad. My psych doc said I can do this. Right now I have chills a little headache and nausea and anxiety. I took pain reliever, I’m going to take nausea and anxiety medicine and drinks lots of water. I’m really sleepy. Going to go to sleep. Now I am only taking 75 Effexor and 40 geodon and 150 topomax. Mgs that is. Hopefully when I’m stable on that dose I won’t feel bad from the side effects. The side effects were making me feel bad.

I'm sorry that the side effects make you feel bad. That's the risk with taking meds. While they are necessary, they can cause problems. It's really ironic. It normally takes our systems awhile to get used to any changes. I hope you feel better soon!

Have a good sleep!
