I dont know why i am sick

Hello 👋 Today i was not feeling well 6 hours of horrible nausea so exhausting i dont know what is making me sick my sister got sick too yesterday 😩 i am afriad to drink liquids i never had nausea this bad its making me worry

I drank some soda but i put cranberry juice in it it was good and it made me feel much better 😊

My mom was worried because i was super weak i was nauseous in my last class of school so i out my head down but I couldn’t handle it so my nurse gave me tums i hate it when they are out of pepto bismuth The tums did not help it actually made it more worse

Glad you are feeling better. Have you ever gotten sick when you are anxious? I don’t get that so much but my niece does. Nausea, diarrhea, etc. it got better when she realized it was related to anxiety Or she’s used to it. She threw up the other night when she was stressed. After she puked she went back to work. (Shrug)

Thank you . I have not gotten sick because of being anxious thankfully . She shouldn’t have went to work she should of stayed home and rested .

She was at work. It happens a lot so she can’t go home every time it happens. She used to leave school. But the older she gets the more she gets things under control. I’m very proud of her.
