Has anyone experienced weakness, dizziness, and nausea as part of their anxiety symptoms? I've been feeling like this since last night and it's not going away I went to the ER and they ran multiple tests all which came back normal. I took my medicine and am still feeling very sick, I don't understand why I am feeling like this.

Yes I take medicine for depression and anxiety. I was cold too I got really hot and then really cold it was weird... but I’m still dealing with the weakness it comes and goes.
Yes hot and cold flashes is definitely anxiety and the weakness is also what I get ...a lot I overthink everything too I always think something is wrong but it's not it's because you're anxious the amount of physical symptoms you experience is so scary because I used to think how can anxiety cause all this but it does...and when you learn a technique to bypass it they will be there but you will cope with them and control it the best way you can but remember this is normal anxiety it will pass eventually sweetheart you will get there

Yeah I had a few anxiety attacks last week and my system is still fried. I feel the same way you do. I know however that in 3 weeks I'll be back to normal. Do everything u can like diet, exercise, and stress free lifestyle. Either your system heals completely or it learns to get better at recovering faster whenever you get anxiety. Also the meds have side effects. That's why I don't use them unless I really have to. Just stay emotionally positive and time will fix things shortly. One way or another discomfort doesn't last forever. Just give it a week or two.
Unfortunately, I know how that feels. Many times I start to feel sick or dizzy and my chest is almost numb but it still tingles and I know that I am there but I start to loose focus and I zone out. It is almost like I'm floating but not in a good way. As if I am going to fall from a very high point. Like I am standing on the edge of a building trying not to fall but can't step off either. What usually helps me is to listen to music with headphones and block everyone else out. Then close my eyes and take some deep breaths and try not to think anything. Nothing at all. Not try to talk to myself or any peptalks or anything like that. Just breathing and music for background noise because silence makes me more nervous. I don't know if that helps but I hope it does and I know it is scary at first but the majority of the time chemical reactions in the body only last roughly 30 min. So if you can get through that 30 min you should be fine.
