Hello. I am new to this site and support groups in general. I was diagnosed with agoraphobia, anxiety, panic disorder and depression with reoccurring depressive episodes. I am nervous but also excited to be able to share my experiences with you all and hear about your experiences as well.

As you can tell by my username Agora1, I've been there with Anixety/Panic

and Agoraphobia. With much therapy, medication and learning everything

I could about my issues, I was able to find my way back to who I was.

Hey there. Welcome! I'm proud of you for taking this step. It was a difficult one for me to come by, but I'm very happy I did.

From what I've seen (and I'm relatively new), it's extremely supportive with a variety of different topics. I hope you find the support and sense of family that I have in the few days i've been here.

I was nervous too when I first started this, but almost instantly felt at home. I'm sure you will too. Good luck on your journey, we're all rooting for you!
