The fact that you are reaching out proves that you are not pathetic or weak. It takes strength to reach out to others. Most people here have felt/are feeling what you are. We all have our good days and bad. Hang in there and take it minute by minute. Keep reaching out, we are here for support.
Thank you FifLove. Just feels like I’m weak because I’m not coping and feel I should be. I seem to have lost control of it all and everything is not easy to untangle.
There are no such things as virtual families. No one on this forum will catch you. You must reach out to people who are around you, in your neighbourbood, family, friends, folk who you can see, hear and have meaningful relationships with. Social media is toxic but healthy relationships will build you up in mind, body and spirit...have a great day and be bold. There is hope..😁

You are not weak, you are strong. Even the strong can only hold so much weight. I do not know what are your burdens or anxieties, but I pray you find a calmness and way to release the unnecessary burdens and let go of past regrets or mistakes that hold you down. Some nutritional help to strengthen you in these times are the following; taking magnesium will calm your mind body and spirit, it is good for the heart, to relax that muscle too. Ginseng will help you release those sticky negative thoughts that loop so you are given relief. Get out in the sun without sunscreen for about 30 minutes daily, and go barefoot if you can to get grounded or at least without rubber soled shoes. These all will not fix things, but they will help you to get thru them easier. <3 HOpe they help you too!
I have felt the same way you do. For me it was experiencing the unconditional love God has for me. I was created to just be me and that is enough. You are enough just as you are.
