I am a 65 year old woman with treatment-resistant bipolar II. Presently having depression and anxiety which started about 5 months ago. I am managed with Gabapentin, Remeron , Dexadrine and Xanax. This is quite exhausting at best. I would like to explore something totally different like Aryuveda because I have not been responsive to traditional medications. Has anyone had experience with help from alternative treatments?

Hi Sharon62. I just joined too. We have bipolar II and our ages in common. Please share what you find out with me. I’d really appreciate it. Thanks!
