Feeling empty

Hi everyone .Its been a while ...after contracting the Covid 19 ,its been a roller coast of emotions .This whole week i have been thinking of just going away ...and I am still haunted by these rape cases kn the news .I am always tempted to open a case but when no one even my husband supports me .I am thinking of self harm just to numb the pain I am feeling right now
